About Me
I build training and content systems that help people learn how to actually do the thing.
Most of my work has been in SaaS and enterprise environments where people are expected to learn quickly, but the content doesn’t support that. It’s often scattered, unclear, or hard to apply.
I come in to organize what exists, connect the pieces, and build a structure people can follow — something that makes sense, is easy to navigate, and can be repeated as teams grow.
A lot of teams think they need more content. Most of the time, they need better organization and a clearer progression. That’s what I focus on.
